I became a Realtor in September 1998. I decided to get into the business after purchasing a couple of investment properties with my husband. The basis of my success has come from the wealth of knowledge of a couple of my best friend Realtors who have been in the business forever. I was also lucky enough to connect with a couple of builders and I have sold many custom built homes. I have walked many lots with buyers, helped them choose the right plan to fit their needs and then did most of the trouble shooting until closing.
In the midst of all this building and selling, I have created wonderful relationships along the way, with buyers and sellers, builders, other realtors, loan officers, closing agents and attorneys, civil engineers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, painters, etc?..

In 2010, I became a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), specializing in Short Sales, working with both buyers and sellers.
In 2005, Coldwell Banker presented me with the Sterling Society Award This award afforded me 42nd place in a pack of 745 Realtors through out the States of NH and ME. In 2009 and 2010, I earned the "Award of Excellence" from Realtor.com.
